Hello Mub40,
Sorry to hear that you are finding it difficult to mobilise and using crutches seems sensible for the moment if you are worried about falling.
Do you feel it is the fatigue experience that makes you say this about how your legs feel or have you noticed any swelling in your legs at all?
Any new symptoms you should consider visiting your GP and if you have swelling it may be for a number of reasons, water retention being one of them among others.
I hope you don't mind me asking
Emma
My legs often have a. heavy yet jelly wobble feeling to them especially if I walk any distance,I find it most unpleasant I've mentioned it to my GP and he says it's quite common in fibromyalgia sufferers,he was very sympathetic but there is little that can be done other than endure it and perhaps try some strengthening exercises at home etc,I think its our nervous system playing tricks on us,I hate it and wish it would just go away! Take care and hope you feel better soon xxx
many thanx for your reply.Thank you and take care
