i am lost !!!!

i have just logged in for the 1st time in a while and everything has changed so its taken me 1/2 an hour to work out how to post this and not sure i remember how i even did it lol. now joking aside how do you navigate around the new layout could someone help please

if you look to the right in the blue "pinned" posts it says "help to navigate..." and funky fairy wrote one with "faq's" in the title,

both will help, but come back and ask if youned to.

Hi you just log in as usual and then on the green bar at the top where it say communities click on that it gives the choice of all the communities you belong to .. Click on fibroaction and that takes you back to the old style posts or questions and messages now have a red ball marker to make them more obvious . Click on your photo or name to go to profile and then its all the same
