does anyone else have fibro and APS syndrome, and how do you know how to separate the 2 symptoms.

Yes, I have both as well as others. It is difficult to tell with the pain both can cause! I think sensitivity and pain around joints may be the fibro, but with all the overlap in symptoms it's a real puzzle. The autoimmune lucky ( unlucky) bag, I guess
