Hit by a bus...

Hi all hope you are all having some precious relief today.. I am in excruciating pain I'm aching from head to foot..trembling feel like a bus has hit me...can't sleep or eat feel so sick from this pain..to weak to even use my sticks..even my brain hurts. God I just wanna die.and stop feeling like this..but im sure it will pass. .been having a really bad flare up for the last 4 weeks pain pain go away. Sorry for moaning...xx have a good day every one x

Hope you feel better soon, as the famous saying goes 'tomorrow's another day'.

Yesterday was the first day in a long while I felt like getting out and about, a few hours walking round shops and boy did I pay for it! Not having a good day today. So today I'm talking it easy, feet up watching movies.

Hope you manage to get some relief soon x

It does get easier so cup of tea feet up watch some tele read a book or just snooze if you can.

We all have periods like this, I know that doesn't help or sound very sympathetic but you must at least remember that it doesn't last.

I have just had four very bad days but I was able to do some simple cleaning today.

I find that one of the most annoying things about FMS is that it is so long lasting. People run out of sympathy, forget that you are poorly and leave to get on with normal life. I have been trying to make people more aware lately, not working yet!
