is it just me or does everyone get random painful cramps, I only av to move n my ribs cramp my legs do it n my feet av a mind of there own I swear there's somat new every week give us a break eh ffs x another long nite ahead xx

I think you are right the cramps seem to move around. I hate the arch of my foot cramping.

The worst is the one around from te back with the ribs to the front I never know where to put myself.

I hope yours has eased off.

I too suffer cramps in my feet, calves and ribs. My ankles twist to one side and my toes do their own thing, it's really painful. Apparently it can be helped by drinking more water and keeping hydrated. Hope this helps you and I wish you all the best.

I can understand all of what you are saying i am lay in bed for 3rd day on the bounce. My back feels someone has put me in traction.

I feel like all i do is moan and complain.

I get these cramps too. In my feet arches a killer, in my ribs had no idea what this was at first terrible. You are not moaning just letting it out like we all do from time to time. Try having a glass of. tonic water it does help.

the back of my heels always hurt, it is worse if I wear plimsolls, can't wear converses anymore. I bought some reebok easytones really cheap from eBay and my feet feel amazing, I get the arch pain too.

Does anyone else's legs feel like they are in blocks of concrete sometimes ?

Yes that is how my legs feel constantly and my heels and feet hurt to so gentle hugs to you x.

Yes and it's sometimes hardto put one foot in front of the other, I have found that the fit flop make of shoe really helps there not cheap, not by my standards any way lol, but worth every penny and u can get different colours, they are lace ups I would prefer them to have the Velcro fastening as I don't find it easy to get down to them, I have to put my socks on with one of those helping hand things , and my underwear lol I have to laugh some times cos I get myself into quite a state just trying to get dressed, well you gotta laugh haven't you or else I would cry......wishing u a good day, gentle hugs to all ....Dee x

I get rib pain if I am walking, it feels like when I get cramp in my leg, makes my abdomen bloat out more, it's horrible x
