Got my DLA Tribunal today at 3.30 am so nervous. I keep thinking in 4 hours time ill know. Really frightened I dont know what to wear. Was hoping it would have been like the rest of the week I could have hidden under a large black raincoat. Oh God

I hope it goes well for you. Try not to be nervous, there's nothing really to be afraid of. Only answer I would give is to pause and think before you answer any questions, as many of them are designed to trick you or to have you contradict something previously said.

Whatever they ask you, they will already have the answers in your ESA 50 and previous correspondence, so be consistent.

Hi when i went to esa tribunel wore the worse clothes i could otherwise will say like they did at atos medical well dressed,clean carried a handbag so went to tribunel with a carrier bag with all letters in it Good Luck xx

Thanks very much for all your kind comments. I won yaaaaaah I didnt even need to go into the room they just asked for my representative to go in and offered Full rate Mobility and low rate care. I'm over the moon sort off but feel a little down too. Very strange, Im hoping now to be able to get a car to enable me to get my wheelchair in and out by myself so I can go back to work soon thanks and good luck to every one else
