Gentle hugs. This system just isn't fair.
I'm sorry you've had this set back, Evie. I hope you will find the strength to appeal again. It seems to be the case that most people have to appeal several times to get what they're due, but they do succeed eventually!
Please don't give up - it's what the b*stards want!
Best wishes for your success.

Don't give up. As you have just been told you have RA - I am sorry to hear that (I have it too) you should have received a letter from the rheumatologist stating your DAS (disease activity score). If it's more than 5.1 that indicates high / severe disease activity and I am sure that you can use that info in your next appeal. Good luck x
Sorry to hear your problem eviemaddison, as tess says don't give , my friend is partially sighted she can't see the number of buses ect, she put in for attendance allowance and they refused her twice, so her son and daughter took it to the tribunal and they won, thing is now she is registered blind, her eyes are worse, I told her to reapply now forthe higher rate,....so good luck evie on your next appeal, does anyone know if fibro is a desease or a condition?? Gentle hugs to all ...Dee xx
