Thank you for all your replies..i think at last through a lot of trawling through the internet i have found the DMG criteria..it has numbers eg 13452 then a discription of what it means so hopefully i wont make a complete idiot of myself when i send my appeal in and its wrong! lol,,it looks impresive anyway! as though i know what im talking about lol..[that will be a first! lol]..reading it makes me shudder as there are so many pitfalls in our answers and so many conatations they can twist it..so at least i can counteract this..i hope! eg,HELP IN THE NIGHT..if as i do,you need help AND dont say you have got a comode and STILL NEED HELP...the guideline tells the DM to refuse on the first answer as IF the client got a comode THEN the client WOULDNT NEED help in the night..so refuse the claiments claim!! unbelivable but true! there are 114 pages and its an eye opener i tell you..but at least it tells the DM what we are supposed to say! i will spend all day writing my appeal and at least this way i can at least keep it to the point ..as if we put a lot of information...wait for it!..its not read!! i will let you know how i get on thanks to all who gave advise...its hard on your own but i WILL NOT GIVE IN!! LOL xxxxxxxxxxxx
