I have my dwp assessment next week help

I have my assessment next Thursday at the medical examination centre and i am very nervous about it what am i ment to do help plz

They will be observing you on CCTV from the minute you enter the building, that's when your assessment starts. They offered me a cup of tea while I was in the waiting room, it was all noted down in the assessment that I had no problem picking up and holding a cup, drinking from it, sitting down and getting up from a chair etc. So most of my physical assessment was done before while I was in the waiting room before I even saw the nurse.

Don't sit down or accept any drinks from them, and if you sit down, fall off the chair getting up, let them pick you up off the floor. I am half joking here, but this is what they expect people to be like if they are not fit for work, falling around like zombies.

If you do not exaggerate your symptoms, you may as well not have anything wrong with you. They will fail you, so you must explain everything like it was the worst day of your life. If you tell them you have more good days than bad, you are done for, everyday has to be a bad day.

They don't care how often your illness/disability affects you, the fact that you might be fine one day and immobile the next is of no consequence to them, you have to be immobile 7 days a week for them to recognise you have an illness/disability.

That's so bad what do i do i think i will do my self in the day befor and i wont take any meds either i am pooing my self now
