Hi. This of course could just be down to the effect of the Clomid. Just carry on with your next cycle of treatment, as you say you are not pregnant. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids and take some paracetamol or ibuprofen for the pain if needed. Obviously, if the discomfort persists, then pop and have a word with your GP.
