Progynova - FEF experience

Hello ladies.

I am on Progynova prepping for an FET late April. Anyone else prepping for an FET? Or anyone have experiences to share? How was it taking the Progynova and other meds? I am on day 6 and generally feeling ok but also fairly blah. That might just be the turning weather in the UK after the glorious sunshine last week! I thought all this estrogen would make me feel happy and juicy lol

Yup, Progynova sends me doolally. 😆 I like to think I’m normally quite emotionally stable but I’ve had serious mood swings with medication this time round. I found it settled after a week or so. Good luck! ❤️

I just did a FET yesterday

Prepped for it with estradiol - this was following my own request to avoid progynova as I had it over the summer as part of a stim protocol or in between (can’t remember why) had to stop it as it gave me awful heart palpitations which continued for about three weeks after stopping the progynova.

The estradiol has been pretty fine in comparison- no side effects

Taking 2mg morning and night

Progynova made me loose my mind. I don't do well with it....mood swings, emotional, crying, irrational, depressed, intense fatigue and vivid dreams. That said, the whole IVF process could be partly responsible for all those symptoms. Wishing you the very best.
