Preparing for FET - any tips?

After developing a functional cyst just before starting oestrogen we’ve been on a pause and I had come to terms with us still being many months away from being able to prepare for our frozen embryo transfer.

Had a scan today and the cyst has gone (I couldn’t believe it!) and I’ve just started oestrogen . Any tips for getting my lining to the right place? I’ve seen people talking about eating pineapple but have no idea what I’m supposed to be doing!

Healthy diet - plenty of colourful fruit and veg [ steamed or raw] Brown bread- rice - pasta Cut back on processed meals and sugar Lean meat and chicken Limit caffeine intake -try fruit teas Pomegranate juice is thought to increase blood flow to the womb and help increase the lining Gentle exercise -walking - cycling - swimming is thought to have the same effect

Good luck with the transfer
