x2 chemical in a row from IVF

Just looking for some advise + some success stories!

Both me and my partner are 30 years old, no problems from my partners side but I have stage 4 endometriosis- low AMH and 6cm endometrioma on my right ovary. Am on the NHS waiting list for a second surgery but due to my AMH we have avoided this at the moment.

First round was our NHS round- only collected 3 eggs, 1 blastocyst- ended in a chemical pregnancy.

Second round- we did the long protocol and ended up with 5 good quality blastocyst - fresh transfer is likely ending in another chemical - testing lightly positive 10days post transfer but the bleeding has started and tests not getting darker. Our official test date isn’t until Sunday but I know what is happening.

Just wondered if anyone has been in a similar situation and can give me some advise on what to do for our next FET? My progesterone was increased this round due to the last one. One chemical makes me think bad luck but two in a row just makes me worry we may need more testing?

Hope you have people around you for support Speak with your consultant/clinic at next visits - they maybe able to suggest some changes to your treatment protocol or suggest some supplements that may be beneficial for you

Hey I had two back to back chemicals and the transfer after those (transfer 8) was successful. I did however have 5 BFN prior to the chemicals.Nothing was changed in my protocol. Apart from adding prednisone for transfer 7 and 8 ( although transfer 6 was a chemical with no prednisone) nothing else was tested. Best to speak with your consultant x I wish you the best and hope it works out for you x
