Supplement advice?

My Dr has advised me to take 4000iu of vitamin d for 8 weeks and then reduce to 2000iu after that. I've picked up a tub of vitamins from Tesco which are equivalent to 1000iu, so I'll be taking 4 of those a day.I'm already on a prenatal, omega 3, coq10, and probiotic. Is there an easier way to get all this (without amazon) or is everyone on as many supplements? Thanks!

I felt I was taking so many vitamins when pregnant. I took pregnacare, fish oil, extra vitamin D, extra folic acids etc etc - I think we all rattle when we shake! The only thing I would say is you can buy Vitamin D tablets in higher doses and also sprays from health food shops x

I take ovum time to conceive. It has 4000iu vitamin d in, coq10 and lots of other bits and pieces. Then I just take an omega 3 at night. Failing that you can get vit d in a spray xx

You can buy vitamin d in 4000iu capsules. I would follow your doctors advice on that. ❤

I used a spray vitamin D from Better You, comes in 3000iu and 1000iu, I found so much easier than taking tablets x
