I went on ivf on 14 jan . Dr said period would come within 4 to 5 days gave me norethisterone for 7days . I didn't use this as uses of this med on leaflet were totally different . In the previous egg retrieval my period was 18 days late . Can I use this med after 8 days of egg retrieval or wait for the period to naturally come.

Hi. Norethisterone can delay a period for weeks, which won’t be a problem if you’re storing embryos. Your Clive, but I do wish you well. Diane
