Period 4 days after egg retrieval

So I first had a period on the 27th of May then had egg retrieval on the 8th of June then today 12 of June my period had come I'm worried it's come to soon didn't do fresh ivf had to do frozen has I had ohss.

Hi Sarahk. Easier said than done, but try not to worry about this.Nothing like OHSS to upset your cycle. Hopefully it will settle back down to normal within the next two cycles. Time for your body to recover from the OHSS. Hope you are feeling better from that. Fingers crossed for when you have your FET. Diane

Just a little all over the place the doctor was saying I should let him know when my period comes let what I'm worried about don't know what to do.

Ok thanks just had as I don't have anyone to talk to tried talking to my mum but doesn't really understand also I have pcos so that's why my cycles are all over

If this help, I have been told that period can come any time between 3 to 13 days after EC, if you go for a freeze all, that I suppose it is what you did.

After my first freeze-all fresh cycle, my period started 5 days after EC, currently at 9-day post-EC in my second freez-all fresh cycle and still no period in sight...

Same thing happened to me on a freeze all cycle - period only 5 days after. You'll have a bit of time before the FET now for things to settle down so just concentrate on looking after yourself to recover from the OHSS and getting back to 100% before transfer. I was able to do mine on the second bleed after EC so the wait wasn't that long. Best of luck hon xxx
