smear test and ivf transfer

hi everyone,

I had my smear test back in early December and I am still waiting for my results (week 5). I am scheduled for FET in a couple of weeks but my clinic say they need my results first or I can’t transfer. Anyone in Scotland had results recently and how long they took to get back? I asked my GP and explained my situation but they said they don’t have the authority to chase the results up,

I’m Scotland and chased them myself- phoned my health board and got the admin number for the place that processes results and a lovely sympathetic guy on the phone who looked through the ‘to do’ pile to find my results and put them on the system (he couldn’t tell me in the phone but letter came a few days later) I think it’s about 6-8 weeks for results xx
