We are looking for recommendations for clinics abroad. Please message with either good or bad experiences. Not particular on a certain country. Looking for best value we can get.
We are needing a multi cycle/embryo banking package (due to low AMH), ICSI and wish to have PGTA testing on any embryos made. So will all be frozen transfers.
Done two cycles so far and now looking to move clinic. A clinic in England we’re looking at would charge around £16,000 for 2/3 collections plus testing. This doesn’t include medication. We are funding privately so obviously looking to get this cost down if we can.
Any recommendations much appreciated.

Hi we are going through ivf in slovakia also due to costs. I live in uk and have done 2 rounds on nhs both failed implantation and not best results only 1 blastocyst at each round. Moved clinic to bratislava in slovakia and have gone through 2back to back cycles( my amh is also low and the back to back is supposed to help generate more eggs) we have also added many treatments that we could to maximise the chances for example Macs for sperm icsi ( even though no male issues) assisted hatching etc and had 2 blastocyst after 1st cycle but 7 blastocyst from the second cycle. Paid around 8.5k with medication. It's a lot cheaper than in uk and they have done a lot more tests prior to ivf than in uk ( stil haven't found an issue with us though) if you have any questions just message me.
Hello. Check the clinics in Romania. They have very good doctors and you can do all the tests needed as they have the latest procedures and technology. Bucharest and Iaşi have best clinics but Bucharest would be more easy for you since it has better flight connections with UK. All clinics have the prices on the webpage.
Hello, I did a double fertilisation cycle (1 month, 2 stimulations and 2 fertilisations for embryo banking), plus PGT-A testing of 4 embryos, for about 12,000€ with meds in Spain. We had all sorts of tests done, scans... Consultants, nurses and the whole team were super professional, clinic was superb. We chose a location with direct flights from our home with Ryanair to reduce costs of flights, so we managed to keep the travel costs low. Message me if you have any questions.
I've just signed up to a clinic in Spain. After having two unsuccessful FETs in London. I had my initial consultation, blood tests and biopsy earlier this month in spain (about 800 euros) and they found Chronic Endometritis (CE) already which my London clinic were not even thinking about or investigating... said previous miscarriages were 'bad luck' and just wanted to try again. I'm not saying that my next cycle will definitely work or that was the reason for the previous unsuccessful cycles was CE (but hopeful). But I think Spanish clinic is a bit cheaper and more thorough. Double donation programme is about 7000 euros. I can went over for one day to do the tests with Easyjet which cost £88 from London. Facilities were much better.
Would you mind to share the name of the clinic in private?
I had a first consultation with a clinic in England but I am not satisfied at all. I am thinking to go abroad, considering both Spain and Czech Republic.
As a person who got my first ET done recently would definitely recommend India. IVF process in India is indeed highly cost-effective, Around 3300 euros per cycle including medicines and 6 months freezing. offering excellent quality care and easy access to experienced doctors.
Thank you for all the replies. So helpful. Can I ask how it worked with initial consultations and tests? A lot of abroad ones seem to offer free consultations. Is this in person or video chat? Also is it usual to get their requested tests done in uk or to go over for them? If in the UK, is that another fertility clinic you ask or somewhere else?
I had my initial consultation online. It was €140 but that will be taken off treatment fees. Clinic were asking for lots of different tests done due to me being older. this is a clinic in Spain. It worked out to be cheaper to go over there just for the day. The clinic was great as they arranged for transport from airport. One test came back that I have Chronic Endometritis. They prescribed medication. There have been minor issues with filling the prescription due to what was written on the form and some local pharmacies don’t have any experience of filling overseas prescriptions but Tesco have been great. Hope that helps
