IVF prep

My first IVF round ended up being cancelled as they couldn't retrieve from my right ovary and they had no way of doing safely. That was 1 year ago I was heartbroken and was not mentally ready to do another round. I did a bunch of diagnostics and found that my right tube is blocked. We changed clinics and Tried Natural supported cycles with letrozole, I had low Estrogen levels based on my TV scan so was on HRT after ovulation I belive this is what got us a positive in first trial but unfortunately ended up in early loss at approximately 5wks2d. My AMH is 1 a year later from 2 and we have decided to have another IVF trial come January. Is there anything advice as I prepare for this journey, it was hard when I first started. I have been on a bunch of supplements for the last one year I can almost believe and hope they have done something. At this point I don't know what the protocol will be but I have atleast 4wks to prep. My Testosterone was borderline line low from my GP results which I hope to share with my Fertility consultant. Any advice will be appreciated and taken with a pinch of salt because we are all different a d have different responses to treatment. But I would love to read successful stories of low AMH 41F who have been successful wit IVF and what worked or did not..

Hi. So sorry to read all this and I do hope you achieve a successful ptrgnancy. Little anxious about the blocked tube, in case any lubrication drips unto your womb, and possibly interfering withe the implantation of a developing embryo. Om a lighter note, I have known success with a very low AMH. Thinking of you. Diane

Thanks Diane... My fertility Consultant did mention that and we agreed that he will take it out before we start.. so it's going to be a tough start of 2025.
