Hi,

I'm currently in my TWW and on 2 Cyclogest pessaries a day and I'm so sleepy all the tired even if I sleep well at night! Anyone else had this?

Cyclogest made me exhausted! And bloated! And I was only on one pessary a day. You're not alone 😊

The side effects are drowsiness - breast discomfort and sometimes a tummy upset Just take it easy rest when you can Continue with healthy diet and drink plenty of fluids

Good luck for OTD

Hello Bimsie1310, I did experience fatigue when I was on Cyclogest pessaries. They also caused a bit of bloating, tummy discomfort and breast tenderness xx

absolutely! I’ve been on two a day for ages now and they do make you tired but they can also - I found - disrupt sleep a bit. Great combo!! ;)

Also I think the post transfer nerves play their part in that too. Hope you are getting lots of rest and being kind to yourself xx

hello

Yes they do make your tired, but think of it more as the big surge in progesterone that is making you tired and it is actually a really good sign that it is working.

I was told to sleep when I can if I can and to go with it.

Goood luck

exhausted in an euphemism - it makes you exhausted at best and totally off / like under drugs at worst !

Good to know it's not just me! I was on Utrogestron at my previous clinic and don't remember feeling like this.

I found that it made me feel a bit spaced out one day. I couldn’t work and had to have a day off. My head felt foggy. I did get used to it.
