Need Hope

This is the first time I am posting here. It is my 3rd Embryo transfer which has failed with DE in Spain. I have done all possible tests before the transfer and hysterocopy and everything always comes back perfectly fine.

I just need positive vibes. As I am so sad and I am asking myself if I should continue to spend money with no positive outcome. 😢😢

I don’t even know which next steps to take but still have one embryo left.

I am naturally a positive person but with the negative pregnancy test today. I just don’t know what is wrong and what to do.

I am so sorry Gym-girl. It is so heartbreaking 💔. I hope you have some good support. Are you pursuing treatment with a partner or with donor sperm? If with partner have they had thorough tests too? Have you had any immune testing done for recurrent implantation failure? Let yourself grieve this loss and I hope the next steps become clearer soon ❤️

Thanks for your reply Endofitall. I think I had the immune testing last time when it failed. I am doing with my partner maybe they really have to do a thorough test for him as you suggest.

Definitely make sure - many clinics don't do any male testing beyond standard semen analysis. And even with normal semen analysis sperm dna fragmentation can be an issue. Are you based in UK? Have a listen to Testhim podcast and a look at their website, also Fertility Solutions. If you don’t want to travel abroad for male testing, might be easiest.

How old is your partner?

Do you have a diagnosis for your infertility?

Maybe when you’re ready you could write a little list of what you’ve had done testing wise at various points to make sure all bases covered.

There’s a wealth of knowledge on here that’s so helpful and makes us all feel less alone in this 💞

Hey, so sorry about your BFN!

Your journey seems a little similar to mine, I've had 7 transfers in total 4 being OE and 3 being DE, I've had all the test including hysteroscopy and all come back normal, so I understand your frustration as to why its not working!! Its only on my 7th transfer I've gotten a BFP, what I changed on this transfer was taking Prednisolone and probiotics, I'm not saying it's because of these I've finally gotten a BFP but is a bit of a coincidence, I'd maybe have a look into the Prednisolone and see what you think for your next transfer, I see alot of woman on here doing the bondi protocol which is Prednisolone and clexane however I just had the steriod! So maybe give it a search ❤️

Good luck its a real shit show sometimes, and really knocks you down! Take some time speak to your clinic and refocus!

Took me 7 transfers with DE to get my miracle. Don’t give up. It’s a tough crappy journey. But we are IVF warriors! Modified natural with Bondi protocol was the one that worked for me. Sending you positive vibes galore!
