My surrogate mother did embryo transfer, on day 10 post transfer results were negative, she was instructed to stop medication, today mark day 14 post transfer, she had no bleeding at all, what must this signals, is there a chance of her been pregnant?

I have had 4 failed transfers and it always takes my body several days to bleed after I stop the meds, I think the longest one was a week!
if she did a blood test on day 10, the results are 100% accurate. If she did a urine test, it might be worth testing the blood just in case.
it could take a week or longer to start to bleed. After this bleed the next bleed is considered your first normal period.
Does this mean the embryos have died in her?
an embryo is a series of cells, they do not have heartbeat yet, so the notion of death is non existant really at this stage. It simply means the embryos have not implanted in the uterus. Do not worry, it may take several transfers to work.
