Activity level post embryo transfer

Hey lovely ladies,

Just wondering (slash getting a bit anxious) about activity levels post embryo transfer.

My FET was on Tues so I’m on day 4/5.

I’ve been trying to take it easy and have also had time off from work after the transfer, however I find it hard to sit still for ages.

I always wake up before my partner so I tend to just get on with housework, tidying, washing up etc first thing (no heavy lifting though!)

Now I’m worried that I’ve been moving too much and I’ve ruined my chances.

What is everyone else doing? Am I being too precious?

Gah it’s so stressful! Love to everyone xxx

Well done on making it to day 4. You are definitely not moving around too much. Movement brings nourishment to your uterus. Walking and household stuff is good! Try not to worry. Although, I know it is nearly impossible not too! Xxx

Moving is definitely good for you! Both for your body and your brain 😘

I have always stopped working out during my tww and instead done some long walks with the dogs and bits around the house.

Keeping everything crossed for you ❤️ xxx

Thanks so much Kibo! I did a long walk this morning. Just felt like I needed it! Hoping that’s ok. Big love to you xx

I’m exactly the same. I came back from transfer and made tea, I have kept up with the housework and like you have worried I have done far too much! Then I tell myself well these are just everyday tasks! It’s been good to read the comments and reassuring cos I needed this lol xx

After transfer we went for a walk and a few days later away on a cycling trip to Wales 😁 the boy is 19minths old now so I believe movement helps!

I'm so pleased I've come across this post - i had a transfer this Tuesday too and have been wondering the exact same thing. I've been taking it really easy, but then today i have done bits of housework etc. I just feel like I've been so lazy. I will definitely get on with some housework now as it has become a pig sty xx
