Hope everyone is doing as well as you can be🤗Had my FET on Thursday (our 3rd) been very restful and not done alot at all.....on steroids, cyclogest and blood thinners plus had an intralipid, due to V high NK cells.
Been fairly calm but now starting to worry as Thursday was fine, no cramps, and since Friday I've had cramps and lower back pain......basically like period pain. No spotting or anything......so worried anything I've done has hindered it sticking and period is going to come this week! (Although not sure how as been just mainly resting) Due to really giving everything we have for this one.
I told myself I wasn't going to symptom chk this time as I did the last 2! But........test day isn't until 25th!
Just can't get these thoughts out my head.
Just really looking for some reassurance. Am I out or can these be positive?
Xxx

this can 100% be positive! And I know it’s pretty much impossible to not symptom check. But nothing you have / havnt done will have affected the outcome negatively, you sound like you’ve done everything in your power, hang on in there xxxxx
Thanks so much for your message - that's encouraging and thank you for replying 🤗I just get so worried about it ...but then I would probably be worried if I didn't have anything! Oh dear my mind plays havoc in this situation. Just seem to second guess everything.
I had awful cramps and was so sure it was my period but we got a positive! Also I went for a "short walk" after my transfer just to get some air... And fell down the side of a ravine. The nurse on the phone reassured me there wasn't much I could do to mess it up after transfer so try not to worry you've done anything. I've got my fingers crossed for you xx
there is absolutely nothing that you can do other than bungee jumping or binge drinking that would affect the outcome of it’s gonna stick it’s gonna stick 💜🤗 good luck and test whenever you like results from day 8 should be pretty reliable xx
Try to move a little and not be completely immobile. Keeps blood flowing to the uterus. Warm feet = warm uterus. Plus up your water intake as it’s last place water reaches.
Thanks so much.....yes i have been moving a bit, but they have told me to really take it easy this time. So doing all i can.....but not a complete couch potato😅
