iv woke this morning doubled over with tummy cramps , this is really not normal for me im not due yet , iv since took 2 pain tablets the pain has leveled off I really feel like its period but its not here , if doesnt come in the next few hours im gona have to ring the nurse I hope there is nothing serious going on in there xxxxxx I ended up being sick 😷 I think its the pain tablets I took for the cramps they have settled now I also took a test to rule out pregnancy, do I think I should ring my nurse and let her no wots going on my period still not here :/ xxxxxxx

could be a ovarian cyst ruptured ? Or anything else im not due my period for at least 9 days ! Could this be more serious I need to go and bath now after being sick everywer these cramps wer on and off for about 3-4 days but not like this this morning it was so severe like I thought I was going to come on heavily xxxxxx

I would call your clinic, 111, or if it gets worse go to A&E. Although from what I can tell you are testing negative for pregnancy, you may need to have an ectopic ruled out. Hope everything is OK xx

thank u for your reply , I think im going to have to call the nurse the cramps have settled I new somthing wasnt right a few days ago I posted about mild cramps this this morning was like period was going to come full forse but nothing xx

etopic would that show negative test im going to get this ruled out i knew on my post the other day about the mild cramps but this morning was severe it settled im gona take a min and relax then call the nurse im a bit flustered at the min xxxxx

I actually contacted my partner in work early this morning and told him I think my periods coming so il call the clinic they want to see me on day one of period u see but its not here somthing telling me ruptured cyst I dont no xxxxxxx

yes they done a scan my cyst jas got very large they thought it had ruptured but it hasnt so im on way home now the carcodomol I took had helped they told me not to take them I have to take paracetamol and of pain gets worse over weekend to go to a and e there afraid of it twisting they said they will ring me on monday as well to check in and see wer we go from here I have to go home and rest

they might aspirate again they also said but because they have already done that twice they are thinking about keyhole surgery i dont even no wot that is xxxxx

I honestly don't know - I think usually the test would be positive but I am sure I have seen someone on here have a really late diagnosed ectopic that was testing negative. It probably isn't an ectopic, it's just something to rule out xx

yes the nurse didnt even mention it at scan there on way home so unwell I needneed to go to straight to bed xxxxx

had a wee sleep there feel alot better but still not the best, head pain n tummy pain but bareable going to go back to sleep for a while to see if head pain lifts thank you all your your advice xxxx

oh sorry just read your message there there not 100 percent if its the cyst but it seems to have gotten alot larger so there going with that im sure something would have came up in interal scan would it not , im not sure xxxxx
