Hi Eblam, don't give up hope yet! I didn't feel like I was getting my period at all - but I did, and I've read lots of testimonies from ladies saying they had terrible "period pain" and then discovered they were pregnant! Xxx

I'm so sorry my dear, I wish it wasn't so hard for you - or any of us. No one should have to go through such terrible heartbreak. Thinking of you xxx

Pregnancy & premenstrual symptoms are often very similar plus the meds add a whole other group of weird feelings so don't lose hope yet Hun!! This could still be your time 🙏🏻 xxx

Don't give up hope yet. Last time I had period cramps and felt like i was going to have my period and I had a bfp. This time I had absolutely nothing for the last 2 weeks and this morning when I tested I had a bfn :( Best wishes and everything crossed for you xx

It's normal to get cramps if implantation is happening so you can't assume cramps are your period especially if your period hasn't arrived and they've now stopped. I'd say that more of a positive sign than negative. I had the same within days of my transfer last year (positive outcome, my baby was born in Jan after 6 years of this). And in general signs of early pregnancy are pretty much the same as when you get your period. It ain't over til it's over! Good luck x
