What supplements did everyone take for their FET and was it successful?

I’m taking the Zita West bundle but don’t know if it’s overkill (and expensive!), especially when I can’t have my transfer yet until I’ve had a polypectomy.

Thank you.

Hi Kerry, I took folic acid and ‘Optibac for women’. I also tried to eat as well as I could but I wasn’t strict! I then switched to Optibac pregnancy and started taking Pregnacare but this was after my positive test.

Wishing you all the best x

Thank you. My clinic only advises to take folic acid and vitamin D. I’m just getting sick of having to take them all.

Congratulations on your pregnancy x
