Might be an idea to ask your GP if he could explain the results to you

Take care

Hey- not sure who you used to do the test but with the likes of medichecks etc you pay extra to have a doctor interpret the results for you. Is that an option with the company you used? Xx

You could call the company that sold you the test, they often can help explain the test to results, I doubt the GP will be able to read them. Or you could find a nutritionist or functional medicine practitioner to work with.

When I had mine done I was seeing a functional medicine practitioner who explained the results and suggested supplements/lifestyle changes to address them. My GP wasn’t supportive of the test. Maybe Google practitioners in your area or ask the company who sold the test for advice 😊
