Hi there,I am following a mediterranean diet and eating really well in prep for IVF but just wondered if anyone had any good recipes or links to places with any recip3 ideas? 2 books ive bought arent great as you need like 20 ingredients for 1 dish.

I bought Deliciously Healthy Fertility by Ro Huntriss for my daughter. There are some overly ingredient heavy recipes but also plenty of what I’d call ‘normal’ food. My son in law is using it. Ro is a dietician specialising in fertility and has featured on Dr Tim Child’s insta lives.
hello fresh is good as gives you all the ingredients you need for healthy meals and you can choose speedy ones for days you have less time to cook x
The favourite for me was a chicken fish I concocted 🤷♀️.
To feed 4 (and you can freeze portions as well)
2 maggie bags (Italian herbs)
2 chopped peppers
Tin tomatoes
1 red onion
4 chicken breasts
Just put it all in the magi bags (1 split between 2) add all together and put in the oven at 180 degrees g go or 1 hr 20 mins
I served with 50g brown rice each and broccoli
Easy to prepare, minimal prep a as n d can leave in the Ivan and go n do sonething else
