First letrozole cycle, confirmed ovulation but no periods and negative pregnancy test

Hi lovely ladies ❤️I am on my first letrozole cycle (5 mg). On day 13 ultrasound scan, doctor saw 3 follicles and advised us to avoid intercourse because of the risk of multiples. Me and my husband are living in different cities, we did intercourse on day 13 and 14 but using condoms according to the recommendation of the doctor. On day 21 and 22 we did again on weekend. We didn't use condom but he pulls out before ejaculation to avoid pregnancy. My progesterone level is 48 nmol/l on day 23, which confirms ovulation. Today is my 31st day but I don't have any symptoms of having periods and my pregnancy test is also negative. Does anyone else experience of having ovulation but no periods while using letrozole. What can be the reason and what I should do? Any suggestions please........

Sometimes stress can mix up your cycle and cause your period to be late Might be an idea to call your clinic for advice and reassurance
