I am concerned that my latest Hcg seems to slowed down its doubling as it’s been almost 72 hours in between (previously it tripled in 48 hrs). Also, my progesterone halved from 14.04 to 19.04.
I am worried that my pregnancy is not on the right track. Also I used to feel quite nauseous during TWW, but it is almost gone since the last couple of days :(. I am also still spotting brown.
I am on 2 cyclogests and 1 lubion, thinking maybe add one more cyclogest.
As always, would welcome your experience and knowledge. Thank you xx

Thanks Doodlebug, it’s funny our Hcg levels seem very close (I updated the post to provide days post transfer), I hope mine would be higher on day 20 too.
I think it’s good you don’t have symptoms as in your symptoms aren’t fading, that worries me with my case nausea was quite significant but now I barley feel it:(. And spotting, unfortunately, it might be a bad indication.
I also worry about halved progesterone not sure what it means and Google didn’t give me any conclusive answer. I just hope the result is significantly lower as first time I tested right after cyclogest.. but then overall it seems low.
Our levels are virtually on a parr! I thought after the initial jump from double to triple figures the 3rd test may be higher. But it spot on just like yours! 💖
Cramps keep coming and going and now boobs are really sore since about 3/4 days ago.
Spotting I think is very common in IVF pregnancies and there are lots of comments on here about it with no issues and positive outcomes. Have you spoken to your clinic? It could be an extra pessary but equally that may be the cause if it’s causing irritation.
I’ve not had progesterone levels tested at all this transfer. They have always been “optimal” previously but I don’t know what level 🙈
The most reliable indication of how the pregnancy is progressing at this point is HCG levels- progesterone levels tend to fluctuate more over the course of the day, making it not so reliable source of information. This is why many clinics don't monitor it after the transfer.
At this point, HCG should "on average" double every 48 hours. That doesn't mean it increases at a constant rate - some days it may double every 24 hours, other days 72 hours. Once you approach the 6000 mark, it shows down to (again, on average) every 72 hours or so.
I think your levels are looking good. Do you have a viability scan booked in?
Here are my levels;
11dp5dt 169
14dp5dt 532
20dp5dt 5930
22dp5dt 9285
7+3 (33dp5dt) 47115
I also had a brown/light spotting for 5 days around 15-20dp5dt. And symptoms definitely came and went. All is well and I'm 23 weeks today.
At this point these symptoms or lack thereof can fluctuate so much. Easier said than done but try not to worry, unless you develop heavy bleeding (fills a pad) or severe abdominal pain xxx
