Sex before FET

Slightly random one but I heard this morning on a podcast that sex the night before an FET can actually be beneficial to implantation. In part FETs I have always abstained. There seems to be limited research on this, has anyone else heard this?

Seems online research on this can vary greatly Check with your clinic and see what they advise

I found evidence for this! So we did it and it worked 🙈 I have no idea if that’s what made the difference though!

yes there’s evidence for this- both priming the uterus and also the semen can help the embryo implant. We did and it worked (but I’m sure it was just one of many factors that we did)

Hi, sadly I've had 3 failures so far so can't really advise anything as nothing has worked for me yet. I'm trying acupuncture this time in the hope that will help.

oh I am going to research this now! My 3rd transfer will be in around 10 days. It’s so hard to know what’s right or wrong!! X

My 4th transfer is in about 10 days too so looking up anything that might help!
