Hi There, first off congrats!!! I 100% had the same challenge regarding sleep. Try and get to bed at the same time every evening, no phones etc. I took some magnesium spray that I put on my feet and wrists and a lavender pillow spray. I woke every couple of hours and really struggled in that 2nd “wait”.. but don’t stress yourself out too much about missing sleep. I drank lots of ginger tea as well which I found very calming. I’m 12+5 now and the sleep is a continuous issue. I’m keeping everything crossed for you and sending you lots of love!! Xx
Hii! Congratulations!! This time is so exciting and also so anxiety inducing. I’m in the same boat. I’m 5 + 6 today and have been sleeping an average of 5 hours a night! My heart is beating so fast and I wake up shaking. What has helped in the last few nights though, is deep breathing. Box breathing is amazing. It calms you down and is natural. I also tried self-soothing and finding the cause of my anxiety and that it’s so difficult to control anything, but that’s ok. You’ll feel better once you have the scan and see your baby. Everything will be good.
