Hi, I have endo and pain period, use down reg plan, doctor said don’t do surgery as it will affect the ovary and my endo is not very serious, I had 2 transfers one fresh, one frozen both failed
So my question is:
1) can I have fresh transfer with endo?
2) do I need down reg before frozen transfer?
3) if not surgery what else I can do to solve the painful period? Someone suggest using lupron before transfer?
4) is the success rate very low for how have endos?
Anyone has similar problem and experience please help thanks! How your doctor suggest? Thanks!

Hi, sorry to hear that, but even down reg before transfer still not working? I was recommended by my US friend that use Lupron before transfer similar to down reg, but I’m not sure whether it’s the embryo quality or my endo that leads to the failure
I’ve got endo and encouraged straight to IVF. Many failed cycles later and endo worsening every year, I went for surgery. I got pregnant naturally for first time ever and reached 8 weeks for first time ever. Sadly not happy ending for this one but still further than ever got. Also more bearable to keep going as pain lessened.
My only regret is not having lap excision of endometriosis before my IVF cycles but I was pushed into IVF
