Just thought I'd post a wee update here to give hope to others in similar situations.After 4 years of solo fertility treatment including 4 IUI's, low AMH, 5 egg collections, 5 transfers and 2 miscarriages I finally have my miracles. This was the result of my final round of IVF with my own eggs. I only got 2 morulas so didn't have much hope and was planning a donor egg cycle. Much to surprise both my little morulas stuck and they are now my gorgeous twin boys who arrived by planned c section last week. After a dramatic start with a significant postpartum haemorrhage we are all home and doing well. Sleep deprived but worth every minute. Never give up hope ❤️

They were 6lbs 9oz and 5lbs 13oz, born at 37 + 3. Really pleased with their weight!

Congratulations! They are just perfect. May I ask, did you do anything different for this transfer? I’m trying to support my daughter with low AMH and possible egg quality issues (but only 31). 2 unsuccessful fresh and 1 unsuccessful FET from 2 rounds so far.

So good to see a positive outcome and gives us hope.

The only thing I did differently this time was high dose vitamin e up until transfer as my lining has been on the thin side. Otherwise this round was the same as the previous 2. Was on inhixa blood thinners as well.

It was a day 5 fresh transfer. They weren't at the stage they could be graded yet, I was just told they were morulas (stage before blastocyst) so growing slower than average. Good luck to you x
