I’m wondering if anyone can help?! I’m currently taking 2 x progynova per day and can’t remember if I’ve taken my evening dose. I likely did as I remember my alarm going off but can’t actually remember taking them. I can’t count back as not sure when I started taking this pack. I’m 7 weeks pregnant and have been taking progynova since the start of this FET cycle. I’m also taking 3 x cyclogest pessaries and 1 x lubion injection. Will this cause harm or will missing this once not have an impact?

hey, I can’t answer in terms of if taking less is an issue. I imagine not because your body will likely take over at some point and it might just be precautionary at this point. However, I’m on 5 progynova per day, 3 orally, 2 vaginally so you could take an extra one I reckon. I also once took an extra cyclogest and had a meltdown about it only to be told it was no issue at all xx
I think I just took two multivitamins if it makes you feel any better and I am missing a progynova so I probably took an extra one at some point. I imagine this stuff happens all the time. It’s really hard not to get freaked out though!
I wouldn't worry at all. The progesterone is generally more important (I was on one prgynova a day having started on 3 a day, which still seemed to do the trick) and even with that I was told missing doses of progesterone wasn't an issue (my meds were delivered late) as long as I was getting a good amount on average. Also you're nearly at the point of the placenta taking over completely and tapering off so you should be producing a lot of what you need.
Hi, I can't add anything to the missing it chat, but just to say I mark the back of each new packet with a black marker, putting boxes round each set of 3 (I take three a day). So helpful for knowing if you have missed one! Might be worth a shot! x
Hi, I'm not sure, best would be to call the clinic and ask or GP? I'm always marking each blister on the tablet for which day it is, for example I will mark blister with no 3 in the middle and each tablet on the plastic 1-1, 2-2 etc so I know if I missed any dose for a day
