Can you remember when you started the new packet of Progynova and then count forward to see how many you should have used. I doubt myself all the time on them! x

Annoyingly I started mid packet as I had some left from my last cycle so can’t do that ☹️ I don’t want to take any now because I’m thinking I probably did and don’t want to overdose myself on them! A stress I could do without!!xx

Aw I feel your pain, I’ve definitely done this. You probably have taken it, I don’t think it’s a good idea to take another just in case. Is it 3 a day, I doubt missing one would do much harm either way x

I’m on 4 a day but take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, so if I missed it I would have missed 2 😕 I might take 1 in the middle of the night and 1 in the morning rather than wait till the morning for my next 2 hopefully that will be ok. It’s so frustrating I’m sure I took it but have no recollection of doing it at all 🙈 xx

I did this so many times! I always just took them again, regardless. You can't have too much estrogen surely?! I was on 10 tablets a day, so I'm sure an extra couple wouldn't be the end of the world. But I'm no expert 🤷🏽‍♀️x

Oh really? I wasn’t sure if the oestrogen and progesterone had to balance themselves out if that makes sense? Did you ever ask your clinic about it?xx

No, I never did! I definitely should have. I was on 3 cyclogest daily and 10 progynova. I'm sure you're right and the levels have to balance out, but it hasn't done me any harm and I'm going to say I forgot or took doses or doubled up at least 5 times during this cycle and I'm almost 20 weeks now x

hiya..I did this! my clinic said just to take it again to be sure..better to double up than miss a dose..from then on I made sure to open the packet in a order that I could always count back xo
