What’s the best course of action for a missed progynova tablet (last night)? Leave it or double dose? I took my normal dose this morning (Australian time), played phone tag with the nursing team all day due to an event I had on and now they are shut 😬 preparing for first FET on Friday (fully medicated cycle).
