Any body able to help e2 number ?

Im day 12 of stims to day had blood work done today my Dr sed my estradial level is 5120 does anyone know wat this means he said it was good its rising Tia xx

Your E2 level has to be within a certain range. It kind of shows how well your follicles are responding to treatment.

Anything over 20,000 is too high. Yours seems to be perfect from what I've researched before - I think they look for over 4000 with good follicle size.

Mine shot up to 24,000 just before I was due my HCG and they almost had to cancel the whole thing incase of OHSS - luckily after only 1 day it had reduced to 19,000 (still high) but all went forward.

I wouldn't worry about that number 😊 good luck 🤗

As amylja said- it is supposed to reflect how well your follicle are responding to medication. I would not worry about it too much- most important is that they are scanning you and measuring the follicles. My levels were a little low during early part of stimulation so I had to have extra medication.
