No period dr says might be due to blockage at uterus entrance, any experience?

Hi friends

After a heavy surgery for removing Adenomyosis endo and many fibroids last year dr put a barrier in my uterus to prevent adhesions and I was on decapeptal to prevent endo coming back.

After stopping decapeptyl and when hrt stoppd I got my periods back regularly but then after 3 month I had a hysteroscopy to remove the barrier and since then my periods started to turn to brown discharge and reduced in volume considerably. I got confirmation on having ovulTion but then in less than 3 weeks my fsh went on roof in numbers while it was very normal the month before.

I had some new supplements starting by a naturopath as well for my thyroid thyroglubin antibody to reduce. I aldo started L arginin to help my lining grow bcuz it was very thin and not growing properly after stopping all gnrh and hormones despite my estrogen levels were good before going out of wack 3 weeks after last ovulation.

Dr put me on estrogen she said it’s menopause but it was weird bcuz other drs said meno does not happen overnight and it takes year before fsh going to that high number from 8 last month to 54 the month after.

I suspect the pills supplements may caused it or the hysteroscopy found I have endometrisis which is a kind of infection they said normal for such heavy procedures on uterus.

Anyways now after 3-4 month on conjucated estrogen and duphaston dr says I should’ve got a period but I didn’t. Some month I had very bad period like pains but no bleeding not even one.

I also diagnosed with cervitis and got a cryo freeze procedure done also HSG uterus color xray and a Doppler sono and dr says you don’t seem to have any issues and not clear why I don’t get a period vs anyone even a menopausal person should get a period when having hrt stopped.

So now they suggest doing a hysteroscopy there might be a blockage at the entrance preventing blood to come out snd dr says the period like pain is due to blood got stagged somewhere in the pelvis.

Any idea any similar experience?

Did hysteroscopy helped with opening?

Btw I might have had a small amount if asherman too

Sorry long post but desperate to get an answer
