I'm finding it hard to keep an estrict diet. There are moments when I crave something sweet. What do you think about a little peace of 90% dark chocolate with a cup of tea?

Sounds good - best to give yourself little treats [ occasionally ] while on a diet- otherwise you might eat a whole bar ! Eat little and often & drink plenty of fluids - increase your steps Take a look at our website fertilitynetworkuk.org for support " Fertility Weight Loss Group "

Take care

Go for it! Dark chocolate is much better for us than milk, and there’s not much sugar in 90% choc. Enjoy! Got to keep the odd treat in this journey xx

Sounds blissful. I went with adding things in to my diet that I thought may help rather than taking things out, and dark chocolate is practically a health food in my book. 😊

Dark chocolate contains antioxidants, which can help to protect cells from damage. Go for that piece! Enjoy! All the best! x
