Hi everyone. This is my first time posting! Today is my OTD at 11dp5dt and I did get my BFP. I'm just a little anxious that the line isn't dark enough. Has anyone had similar test result at 11dp5dt and had success?

Thanks for any help x

I think your starting point doesn’t matter as much as the line getting noticeably darker every two days. Best of luck xx

Thanks Nenad. I have tested for a few days before and I wouldn't say the lines are getting much darker unfortunately. I've attached a picture showing from 7dpt to 10dpt. The last 2 are 10dpt am and pm. Xx

I think you need to test for a few more days. At this stage HCG only doubles every 48-72 hours so really for a proper progression comparison you need to test a couple of days apart. If you compare day 8 to day 10 there is definite progression same with day 9 to day 11, so I would test again on day 12 or 13 with FMU and compare it to your day 10 and hopefully that will give you a good idea of how things are going. Good luck x

Thanks so much. I think I've looked at the tests so much that they all look identical to each other. Always good to get a second opinion. Xx

honestly these look really good to me. I’d suggest relying on blood tests moving forward to ensure the HCG is doubling as it should. Wishing you all the best xx

I wouldn’t want to give false hope so always try to be honest and say it how I see it…..I’ve stared at hundreds of my own tests over the years. I would say I can understand why you are concerned…. that being said sometimes FRERS just don’t work for some of us and hcg could be so high it’s throwing the test off.

11dp5dt is 16 DPO so I’m theirs your hcg should be in the hundreds by now so it’s possible that it’s just throwing the test off as they really are very sensitive

Good luck xx

Thanks for replying and I really appreciate you saying it as you see it. I definitely have some concerns after seeing similar test pictures online. I have started spotting today so might not be looking good. I will leave it a couple of days and see how things go. Xx
