I’m driving myself mad here after going through a miscarriage a year ago.
This is my 2nd FET. I am 4 weeks and 6 days. In the lead up to test day, I had period type cramps, my breasts were so sore and sensitive.
Since testing positive, the cramps have dissappeared, and breasts and only tender to touch. I distinctly remember after my first transfer my cramps continued for a couple of weeks after BFP and my nausea had kicked in. This time I don’t feel anything. I know it is super early and I might just be being paranoid, but wondering if anyone else has had this?
Thank you!

hey 👋 just wanted to message in solidarity since going through similar stage (a few days behind you). You just end up thinking about every tiny little symptom don’t you? Do you have a date for your scan yet? I’m hoping to get one at 6+4 wks 🤞
Hello! You really do. I found the TWW easier, I feel like the wait for the scan is so much longer! Yes I have a scan around then so fingers crossed 🤞🏽 good luck xx
Have a look at some of the recent similar queries as the responses should really help reassure you. But I've had everything from really feeling pregnant on my first transfer (enlarged boobs and sensitivity, dizziness, tiredness, bloating...) which turned out not to have developed very much and ultimately ended, to pretty much nothing on my successful FET bar some very intense cramps (that lasted literally half an hour) and spotting, around what must have been implantation, to having awful PMS, cramps and all my usual period symptoms which turned out to be a surprise natural pregnancy that had actual gotten quite far along before I even realised. I think early on a lot is the meds, and if you get pregnancy symptoms they come from 5 or 6 weeks (if they come at all - some women don't get any apart from a growing bump). And each pregnancy can be completely different in terms of symptoms too (mine have). If you're worried you could get your HCGs done to check everything's ok?
My symptoms really kicked in at around 7 weeks. Before that I had cramping and sore boobs that came and gone but I had it even before transfer so I assumed it was from the progesteron.
Hi 👋 I came on the post a similar concern. I’m 5 weeks so must have transferred the day after you. I got my BFP and had fairly heavy fatigue, bloating, mild cramps up until 4 weeks 4 day and then it seemed to just go away. I do have a fairly decent bump for 5 weeks (but appreciate this will be the meds). Whether it’s a burst of energy or something terrible I don’t know, perhaps my body has just become used to the hormones but I can’t stop worrying about it.
So sorry I can’t offer advise but I’m with you and you aren’t alone.
Congratulations! I’m at a similar stage to you, 4 weeks 6 days. Got the positive 2 days ago! I had period like cramps and back ache and was totally convinced I was getting my period at 11dpt. I’ve had tender boobs for about the past 5 days but mainly in the mornings, less so at night. Cramping has stopped. I’m still getting a bit of back ache but no other symptoms yet. Unless you count eating loads of chocolate but I suspect that’s nothing to do with the pregnancy! This is my first transfer so I don’t have a comparison but from what I’ve read other people saying it seems symptoms can be different for everyone and between each pregnancy. It’s so hard not to worry about it though, I totally understand xx
Congratulations to you too!! This makes me feel better for sure. It’s just a constant waiting game! Yep I’ve read that too every pregnancy and every transfer is so different. Best to stay away from googling everything.
I’m 5 weeks today and also been thinking the same. I just have sore heavy feeling boobs and bloating but would put that down to the progesterone. It’s probably just too early, I don’t have any better advice but I know how it feels
