Hi ladies, I have a question to all of you out there. My symptoms come and go since I found out I was pregnant. Some days I have sore breasts, mild cramping and last few days nothing. Is this common in first trimester? I had spotting since monday and it stopped on Wednesday with all pills. Thursday one more day spotting and since then nothing. Is the symptoms come and go ok???
Thank you for your answer.

Hey! Congratulations. I’m 4.5 weeks and mine are the same Come and go except the tiredness although first week back at work as well so could be that. Last year when I was pregnant I had no symptoms really just tired Up until my tfmr, I think they’re just different for everyone and each pregnancy is different. From what I read it’s very common. Good luck With your pregnancy x
Hi! I'm on the same boat but I'm 4weeks and a couple of days. I don't know if it's normal or not to have symptoms that come and go. I guess it is but I'm with you about the worry. I keep testing myself which I know is literally peeing money but I couldn't find yet another mechanism to keep me reassured. I'm going to ask for the free counselling session in my clinic because I think this is anxiety. I want to be able to relax a bit. Easy said than done! All the best for your pregnancy!
I’m 14 weeks and my symptoms didn’t really start until the end of week 6 start of week 7. I was desperate to feel those symptoms.
Even when they did start i had days where I felt awful and days where I was doing ok! Although at 8weeks through to 12 weeks were awful for me. Regret wishing for those symptoms to arrive too early!
What I am trying to say is my symptoms were awful some days and ok the next. My midwife says this is normal!
I’m nearly 14 weeks and only very nearly starting to feel normal!
Hi, Just wanted to check in and see how you are doing now and if the symptoms have become more consistent or gone all together? I am 6 weeks today and just started to get some light spotting and some mild cramps, I am trying not to over think them. The breast soreness comes and goes like what you mentioned, aside from that I really don't have much else going on so the spotting has worried me a bit. The clinic just said to monitor, which in a way is worse because I am just waiting. Hope you are doing well x
Hi Lisa, they definitely come and go. I am now 11 weeks and I know I had some days I literally had nothing- nada.. and then 2/3 days later it all came back. Maybe in a different form - sleeping, twinges here and there etc.. spotting I had till nearly 8weeks . Doctors prescribed me antibiotics and then ot stopped. They did all exams and it seems I had some infection that needed clearing. Since then spotting stopped. I would advise you, go to your doctor, get checked for UTI , infections etc.. because better be safe than sorry. I was in my gynae every week! As well, ascorutin- vitamin C and ruin works winders for your veins. So get that, it definitely helps!!! Good luck and let me know. First few weeks are the worst.
