Hi all! So after my extremely painful egg retrieval which took 6 days for the pain to subside I got news from embryologist that 9 of my eggs fertilized and reached blastocysts. I have done embryo testing on all 9 due to having had 6 miscarriages. I also have 9 frozen eggs that they froze on day of retrieval because my husband took to long to give the sperm and they were worried. So 9 frozen eggs and 9 frozen embryos. I now have to do a hysteroscopy to get rid of a massive scar tissue before I can do FET! This is probably due to my last miscarriage last November. After the hysteroscopy I have to wait a month to heal and then transfer an embryo.
Questions I have: what are the utmost precautions one can take for baby to implant properly and “stick” and also are there any women in here who had a good batch of embryos and they were all not healthy to transfer?
Many thanks to all xxx

Hi Corchi. I’m afraid I haven’t ever had good quantities of embryos like you but I just wanted to say wow! 9 frozen is amazing! Congratulations! Please keep us posted on how things progress (I’m also particularly interested to hear about the PGS as we’re doing that this time too)
Good luck with the next stages, I’ll keep everything crossed for you 🤞🏻Xx
Hey Corchi, I cant answer your questions but I'm glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better and your embryo count is fabulous! Wishing you all the best for hysteroscopy.xx
We recently did a freeze all cycle with PGS and like you, I was trying to get an idea of what percentage we might get back normal! We were really lucky, of our 3 that made it 5 day blasts, they all came back normal. I think it’s a bit pot luck from what I’ve seen because it’s such small numbers but with your great numbers you should definitely have at least a few!
I’ve had one miscarriage so I completely get the anxiety, I can’t imagine how it must be to have had that many. You’re a warrior, hoping this round is the one for you ♥️🤞🏻
