3 rounds of ivf and only 2 3BC's. Not sure what to do next?

I have had three rounds of ivf (two stimulated, one natural) and only got 2 3-day 3BC embryos, neither of which stuck. (Solo journey so donor sperm).

I am not sure what actions or steps to take next? I am 42/43yrs old and feel like my chances are all about to fall off a cliff. I have been doing acupuncture, no caffine, no alcohol, watching my diet etc.

Does any one have any similar stories or suggestions?

I have been thinking of changing clinics too - somewhere in Europe as I can't afford the UK. Any clinics people know of that are good for over 40s single women?

Hi! I am sorry IVF hasn't worked so far. Have you read 'It all starts with the egg'? I found it really helpful in terms of recommended supplements and lifestyle changes. I have friends with positive experiences in Spain. Very best of luck!
