Hi, hope everyone is well. Hoping for some positive stories today. After 4 failed implantation with ICSI, 1 donor embryo resulting in miscarriage at 8 weeks and another failed donor embryo implantation I feel so deflated!! Has anyone any tips on helping implantation? Or any tests they recommend? I'm waiting on a response from our clinic to see how we progress. Thanks again

Have you done ERA EPMA tests? Check vitamin D and maybe progesterone when transfer? There are so many variables, any of these will help on implantation. Also there is something called NK cell test ( I have not done that one)
hi so sorry that you’re going through this, this is a true rollercoaster, I hope you have good people around you to support you xx. other ladies in here have recommended some tests done at Warwick implantation clinic( Tommy’s), you can self refer. I’ve not done myself as we’d like to do another FET first but I have it as a back up plan. Wishing you all the best of luck xx

It really is , and I'm really sorry you're going through this. Our first fresh transferred ended up as MMC. You truly go from touching the sky to the bottom in a second and all the emotions in between xx, I send you a big hug, i hope you've managed to bounce back from it, we need to keep all eyes on the price! and hope that the failed attempts are taking us closer to having our dream come true xx you're doing the right thing by seeking alternatives, Wishing you all the best of luck x
I’m sorry. I know this pain.
We’ve done ERA/EMMA/ALICE. Thrombophilia screen. karyotypes. Hysteroscopy. Sperm DNA fragmentation tests.
We were also recommended the Tommy’s/Warwick university implantation clinic. I’m having my biopsy soon. warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/med/r...
