starting my 2WW today, 1st FET attempt any tips or advice welcomed 🤗

Hi all just starting my 2WW of FET today, I’m just looking for any advice or tips to help get through this time of waiting and dos and donts that have worked or things you’ve tried? Anything welcome 🤗

Relax, watch a lot of comedy movies/shows. Do what you feel like doing if that's resting or being gentle with yourself, anything to stay calm. I listened to YouTube post transfer audios that helped and took time off worked and binged watch TV. All the best! X

Hi Jomo. All I can say is to keep busy. Keep up with any prescribed medication and drink plenty of water. Try not to test until the date recommended by your clinic, using the first urine of the day. Good luck. Diane

Good luck Jomo! I think my biggest piece of advice would be to keep your self busy and your mind calm. I'm scheduled for my first FET next Monday so will be in the same boat as you! X

Good luck with your first FET! In addition to the excellent advice already given, try to eat healthy and go for nice walks after the first few days and provided you feel comfortable. I remember drinking lots of pomegranate juice too because it is supposed to help with the lining. I hope it sticks!
