First FET today now to start with the 2WW!!

Hi guys!!

I've just had my first frozen transfer this morning after suffering a misscarriage in May from my first fresh IVF cycle

I'm now starting my painful 2WW which as many of you know is probably the worst part of it all!! I'm hoping to be more patient than last time and wait to test on OTD but ive already bought my home pregnancy tests ready for when I cave in hahaha I know I'm daft

Anyone transfer buddies or any success/non success stories you would like to share?

Hii, I had a FET yesterday!! It’s my first FET.

Last year I had a fresh transfer which was BFN. Day one of the tww and itching to do a pregnancy test… my clinic gives you the test date as 14 days after transfer! I’m going to try to be good this time though! Also trying not to symptom spot and remind myself anything during this time is most likely due to the drugs…

Are you doing anything in particular to pass the time?

Firstly I just want to wish you all the luck in the world that your first FET is successful!!

This is the longest wait ever isn't it I feel you with the symptom spotting as well!

I haven't really got anything planned just try to work to keep my mind occupied and do things on a night time after work because that's usually where I slip up haha

How many embryos frozen have you got?

Yeah, I’m glad I’m working and didn’t take any time off. Still so distracting. Every time I take a break, I’m looking at something related to this 😬. I need to plan more things in the evening I think!

How do you feel about covid exposure - are you getting out and about? I basically shielded myself in the two weeks in the run up to the FET, and thought that I’d be more relaxed now it’s done, but psychologically feels really weird going out again (I’m WFH still).

I had my 2nd FET beginning of June, the 2ww went so quickly because I tried not to think about it. I went to work and I had my mind busy with other things. Instead I founded the waiting time for the viability scan very difficult. I'm now 11weeks🤗Good luck!!!🙏🙏🙏

I had a FET a week ago. It’s such a horrible wait isn’t i! Every twinge and every feeling you think could I be pregnant?? Could this time be the time!

….. I have lower tummy cramping, well more of a constant dull ache, headache the other day and diahorra yesterday (Sorry if TMI!). All could be related to any scenario or the meds but trying to stay positive!

Had my first FET on Tuesday (today is 4dp5dt) so maybe the same day? My two previous fresh transfers were early BFPs (I am too impatient to wait) but they didn't progress much after OTD and were chemicals, so I am very hopeful for this FET. X
