5 days post FET

[JustStarting1]

hi ladies,

mum 5 days post a frozen embryo transfer and going demented waiting! I’ve just done ANOTHER pregnancy test (clear blue) and it said negative but there was a very very faint line indicating positive.

I just wondered if others have had this and what their result was?

I know it’s best to just test in a few days but in the meanwhile just wanted to see whether more say it’s a good sign or more say don’t get my hopes up as it didn’t work for them

Hi Juststarting. I tested early….day 5 negative but faint line started from day 6 so there’s still a chance….. xx

I’m 36+ pregnant now so it was a success for me after multiple failed attempts. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you as I really hope you get good news xx

Only with a miscarriage I had at 6 weeks but I actually had two negative tests and one positive (it didn’t go well from the start).

On my other attempts they were just negative all the way through from the first day I tested. Xx

I only used first response but had faint positives with both my boys x

Thank you. Im very lucky it’s worked for us. Worth all the ups and downs of the journey. When it works it will help with fading those struggles and memories of hard times xx

thanks so much lovely. Yeah I wish there were more face to face support groups for women to attend (especially put on by the clinics) but it’s always nice to see on here the good bad and the ugly. All the best to you xxx

I had like evap lines from day 4 after transfer with both my boys and then it got stronger. Wish you all the best for strong lines over the coming days

Be really careful with digital ones. need to be over a certain HCG level before you get a positive.

Ive had evap lines on the clear blues that gave me false hope so would try and get some first response early response if you can or another pink dye one. It’s normally around day 7-8 before I can see a proper line developing so hopefully the next few days will let you know of something is happening xx

I've had evap lines on clear blue before which was heartbreaking but in my most recent transfer I had a strong line at 6dp5dt with a FRER but I think it's unusual to get a strong line that early. This embryo was clearly raring to go! I'm super sick now with HG now 10 weeks in but the heartbeat is going strong.

congratulations. That sounds the same as my pregnancy with my son (who’s now 2). Hopefully the rest of your pregnancy gets easier

I started testing 5 days post transfer and got a very faint line on a first response. I find they’re the best at detecting it over clear blue. I waited to use clear blue until my official test date and used first response before then. I’m only just over 5 weeks now so this was only two weeks ago for me xx

thanks everyone. Have had 7 faint line ones (6dpt) and I did two digital ones today that say pregnant. Keeping everything crossed x

congrats! 🎊🥳 I started testing 4dp5dt and had faint lines until day 8 I think when was obvious positive. On OTD (14dpt) my beta was 1900 so I’m not sure why they like to wait that long for OTD.
